Russ opened Ink & Dagger Tattoo in Decatur, Ga. in 2007, but he’s been tattooing since 1998. He works on large-scale tattoos that sometimes take up to a year to complete. These include full sleeve tattoos, full torso pieces, and full back pieces. His style is ornate, colorful, and unique. Russ also just released a reference book for tattooers called Ornamental Archive.
